Effective. Remember it is not for you to drink more, but to make you feel better the next day.
I took DrinkAid capsules about 15 minutes before my first drink and it helped reduce my Asian flush by at least 50%. The gummy tastes great too! It may not completely prevent the flush, but a 50% reduction is good enough for me.
