Shipping Policy

Local registered shipping in Singapore is free of charge.

Once your order is processed, your product will be shipped out within 3 business days via registered mail. You will receive your tracking number via email.

For international orders, we charge a flat fee calculated during checkout. Kindly allow 7-14 business days to receive your item.

Please note that some countries (e.g Canada) require the buyer to pay customs taxes.

Refund Policy

We offer every customer a full refund on their first order up to 1 unit of DrinkAid Complete Alcohol Defence, within 15 days of purchase. Refunds will not be given to repeat or recurring customers.

Due to the ingestible nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
