*Local shipping means that stocks are stored in and fulfilled locally from the respective countries, hence the shorter shipping times.
**Shipping time refers to the time between order confirmation and your package reaching your address.
Shipping Policy
All orders come with tracking info, which you will receive via email when processed and packed by the respective countries' fulfilment teams.
Please note that some countries (e.g Canada) require the buyer to pay customs taxes.
Please also note that in cases of failed deliveries stemming from the customer's oversight (e.g. incorrect address details), we reserve the right to charge customers S$5 or their original delivery fee (whichever is greater) for redelivery.
Additional product costs will also apply in the above cases where the original parcel is unable to be retrieved.
Refund Policy
We offer every customer a full refund on their first order up to 1 unit of DrinkAid Complete Alcohol Defence within 15 days of purchase, minus $3 in unrecoverable shipping costs. Refunds will not be given to repeat or recurring customers.
Due to the ingestible nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
